Vehicle License Center
Since 1977, the City has offered motor vehicle services. Services include:
- Tabs and Plates
- Specialty Plates
- Title Transfer
- Driver's License
- Change of Address
- ID Cards
- Commercial Vehicle Registration
- ATV, Boat, and Trailer Registration
The License Center is located at City Hall, and is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Drivers license and ID card applications, such as renewals and duplicates, are accepted until 4:00 PM. Please note the License Center cannot accept credit or debit card payment. Any fees must be paid by cash or check only.
